Sorry, I'm new here and don't know how to start new question so I write here my question: is the YouTube downloader still available?
I have it listed in my "software center" but if I try to install it the warning appear stating that "Unable to download .... Check your internet connection", but for other apps it works normally, so it is not an issue...
I would be grateful if somebody could helps me?

I have looked in Q4OS 4 and 5 and none of them has "YouTube downloader" listed in Software Center. Which version of Q4OS do you use?
Anyway, if I remember well, youtube-dl doesn't work anymore (due to modifications inside YouTube). Instead you might use yt-dlp.
A GUI is also available separately. I've never used it.

yes, it is the way to go. The gui is well done by the way, but I prefer this one :
https://github.com/mhogomchungu/media-downloader
which is a GUI front end to yt-dlp, gallery-dl, lux, you-get, svtplay-dl, aria2c, wget and safari books
