computer freezes

Hello, I open two or three windows and the computer freezes, it does not react, I have tried to clean the system with the terminal but it remains the same. Does anyone know how to factory reset and thoroughly clean q4os? thank you

If you want to have your system in the same state as it was just after you installed it (= reset), then just do a fresh install.
