SHA512SUM for Q4OS 4.7.1 64bit Trinity

I would like to know where to get the sha512sum to verify the iso I have for the above mentioned distro. Being new to this also are there any tutorials showing how to go about doing this.

There is md5sum of all the Q4OS images available on the downloads page https://www.q4os.org/downloads1.html . You need to scroll down to bottom of the page to see checksums.

thanks for your timely replay. I did find out that and gtkhash works well on my daily driver Mint 19.1 to check it with; did find the md5sum and it did verify the q4os. in doing so found there are no other 'checks' as far as sums go so I guess that will have to do as there are no others to cross check.

hopefully down the road they'll be more sums, but as this is a distro not being as popular as others (fingers crossed) it may not be as necessary as the more popular versions. you know the ole low hanging fruit deal.

as a side note q4os has been a joy to deal with.
