My Documents folder changes icon

I switched the icons on my Q4OS install to the Paper option and everything was working fine for a number of days. However, the My Documents folder has suddenly reverted back to the default Crystal icon. All the other icons have remained Paper.

I have tried changing the icons settings to default and then back to Paper, but the problem remains. Is there any way I can change just this one icon to Paper?

You could try to refresh the '.directory' file inside the Documents folder, so run in terminal:
$ kwriteconfig --file "$( xdg-user-dir DOCUMENTS )/.directory" --group "Desktop Entry" --key "Icon" "folder-documents"
logout / login and report back.
