Gualberth

Hello, how are you, I'm having problems trying to connect to the internet using this operating system (I'm a beginner using Linux). The main problem is that it does not detect any wifi network. I hope you can help me.

Re: Gualberth

First of all, please don't use your username as the title of your original post; change it to something like "WiFi network not detected".

Now, check the following:

  • Does your computer have a WiFi adapter?

  • Is it enabled? Open a Terminal or console, type (without the quotes) "sudo rfkill" (you'll be asked for your password), and post the output.

  • At the bottom right of the screen, next to the clock, is there a network icon? (If you don't know, hover them with your mouse cursor).

  • What does happen when you click on that network icon?

Edit: Hmmm, q4osteam has responded faster than me.
