Dear Sirs I like very very much Q4OS and I'd like to install it at home but unfortunately I cannot do it. I've read your tip post about "Wifi connection troubleshooting" in other forum section. Not simple for me. Sorry.
In short, during Q4OS installation I see "Q4OS - WiFi setup" window stating: "Wireless network card detected, WiFi support enabled. Click OK to run WiFi connection tool to create a network connection." So, clicking OK, I see a "Connections" window for "New Connection" with all fields void. Nothing else.
What doing? Sorry, but I see no info or a (very simple) dummie guide for my own needs. Usually in my computer / smartphone I have to insert only a password (without knowing anything as we do as simple windows11 and Android users); here is the reason why I am not able to do it. Please help me... and I hope this topic useful for other no-linux-users.

Could you please post a screenshot? An option would be just cancel the Wifi configuration and set it up when you get to the desktop environment.

Thank you so much, just now all's working fine! In the system tray I've seen all available WiFi links and immediately I've selected my own one and inserted the right password.
I wish to everybody: "Have a good Q4OS".

I have installed Q4OS Trinity on HP laptop. Most things seem to be OK but the Connection Management is having serious trouble. I cannot get any internet, no WiFi. See my attachment. Apparently net card is not working or lacks driver (It works fine on Win 11 which is also on this pc.) I will also send another attachment shortly that shows the Network Manager notification and how the connection attempt failed.

Did you install vpn? If so, try close vpn-reboot-connect-run vpn.
I use proton and at first it will kill connection and won't run, reboot should solve
