Bluetooth send a file fail

I am runninng kernel 5.10.15-amd64, I can pair with my phone but when I try to send a small text file 100KB from my Q40s to phone it fails. On the same workstation I booted to another O.S. did the same function and it worked, this eliminates the hardware as being faulty..

Strangely only a text file cannot be sent via Bluetooth but other files can be sent. There is no problem with the file as I can send it on another O.S. on the same machine to the same phone. I have enclosed the file for evaluation. Note I have another issue open called system update message in which there is a problem with updates being incorrect that may be related to this issue.
