What is the meaning of the letters "r1", "r2"?
Is "release1", "release2"...?

What about the kernel version of the Scorpion? Is it version 4.X or is it still version 3.X?
Offline
Kernel 4.9, as it's based on Debian Stretch.
Offline
You can use a newer kernel with Orion as I used 4.4 with it with no issues.
Scorpion though is one of the best installs Ive ever had, fast,stable no issues.

The 2.4 Scorpion version is excellent! Great job guys!
Will you release version 2.4 for Raspberry Pi as well? Because the current version for RPi is still based on 1.8...
Offline
Yes, we will release Q4OS Scorpion for RPi as soon as Trinity developers https://www.trinitydesktop.org/ release Trinity DE for Raspbian Stretch.

Good Morning,
The last release of Q4OS was version r9, now I noticed in the downloads section that the x86/x64 versions are named as "ra"... What does it mean? Should not it be version r10?
Offline
Installation media revisions will be marked as r1, r2, .., r9, ra, rb, .. etc., they are not related to the OS version, for example '2.4.8-n1'.
EDIT: You can check Q4OS version using terminal command:
$ get-q4os-version
