Going back and reading prior posts on the feature request side, Q4OS team states that Scorpion comes with Flatpak/Snappy right out of the box. I'm running Orion and they state Orion doesn't support it. So, unless I upgrade to Scorpion,no use in downloading it.

Flatpak for sure is in the repos and can be installed with Synaptic and yes it would have to be Scorpion. Im not intending to use it myself but already had a small experience with it, with another distro as I use many all the time. Im with Dai as I prefer the status quo and am very happy to stick to the more tried and true methods for now.
