I've just booted my ASUS Eee1000 netbook with Q4OS and when I try to login it doesn't recognize my details. the text is :-
Debian GNU/Linux 9 q4os-desktop tty1

Any suggestions?

In addition to the post above, thanks judydudi , you could login with your username and password, and run in terminal:
$ reportq4
Please attach generated debug file here to analyze. We will check it and try to assist you in the issue resolution.
