About terminal information

Can you tell me why I cann't download the sound file from realtek when I go to terminal tray that informs that the download cann't be opened because there is a failiure of authentification?                   The command line that appears is    su: failiure of authentification

Did you enter the correct password? Maybe try sudo?

What hardware are you using as Realtek has decent support with Linux with recent kernels 4.4 or newer. I run some older laptops with Realtek sound and they all work fine. Much older Realtek will need the ALSA drivers and much newer Realtek will need 4.10 or newer kernel.
