I installed the q4os on the computer that came with the sound and after a couple of days the sound it was lost once the sound folder is on zero bits. How can I retrieve the sound?

First try to follow this guide https://www.q4os.org/dqa011.html#install.3 as exact as possible and report back. We will check your report and will assist you in progressing towards a solution.
Next, run the following command in terminal to generate debug files:
$ reportq4
and send it via e-mail support@q4os.org or attach it here to analyze. You can add attachment by 'post reply -> choose file'

As it was requested by you here it goes the sound report file to be analysed.

To: q4osteam,
I would like you to tell me why I'm not able to extract files via terminal assuming your instructions on the troubleshooting are correct. I read about to delete the built-in terminal and install another as for example Jack Pavelich Terminal Emulator. I would appreatiate your advice because I cannot take anything of it, if there is any problem with os can you tell me how I solve this problem?
With no further details I hope to hear from you soon,
Luis Sousa,
