Fresh install of q4os live cd. Asks for password in text mode.
Hi i just downloaded a new iso in order to install q4os 64bit. I prefer the live cd but the 64bit live cd doesnt boot. It just ask me for a password in text mode.

The login is adminq, no password so it should have just gone right into the live session. Which iso did you download Orion from this site?

This one - Q4OS Orion, Live - 64bit / x64 ... 516 MBytes. Thank you i will try the pwd.

There is no password just the login adminq and it should boot.

There shouldnt be any text mode as the live cd boots directly to a user GUI.

I downloaded the latest iso 1.8.5 live cd 64 bit and ran it. Had no issues getting into the GUI and live session.
You could try running the live session in failsafe and see what happens.
Not sure what hardware youre using but you could also try the 32bit version which will run on 64bit systems but offers better compatibility if some of your hardware isnt quite 64bit compatible.
