Is there any way to connect my iphone to this laptop with Q4OS on it and see apps that are on the iphone? I guess mirror the iphone on the laptop?

If you want something like remote desktop you could try Teamviewer I have used it to control other machines from the iPhone and according to that article it is also possible to control the iPhone.
disclaimer: I haven't tried it so cannot guarantee it will work...

What I'm looking for is something that I can run Android apps on a Q4OS loaded laptop. Something like the BlueStacks App Player.

Take a look at Anbox, its an excellent approach to running Android apps natively on Linux.
Heres an article, https://liliputing.com/2017/04/anbox-le … stros.html

Does anyone know how I can get Anbox installed? I can't find it in the repository. Is there anything else I can use?

From the https://anbox.io site "the installer currently requires an operating system that supports snaps"
I don't think Q4OS currently supports snaps. However, if my memory is correct I saw somewhere that they are working on getting it for Q4OS. But, I could be wrong. Someone with a better memory would have to help you there.

Anbox is in alpha right now but eventually it could become an excellent option. It shows a lot of promise and they are working very quickly to improve it.

Snaps are supported in Q4OS Scorpion natively. There are no support for Orion available or planned.

Is there anything that I can install on Q4OS at this time that I can open Android apps? Anything at all?

There is the possibity to run in a virtual machine, this page might be of help. I did try a similar method some time back and failed to get it running at that time, but as always improvements are being made so it could be better now.
