I searched/googled a while about this and found it was not discussed in this forum earlier.
Running Q4OS 1.8.2 for some days now (an being VERY happy with it so !) i ran the kpersonalizer(.tde2) recently to gain about 95% of the look, feels & behavior that i desire from an os (as a current windows user).
Now i discovered, that in standard Trinity environment there is the "Trinity Control Center" to set & control all the behavior of it:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File … center.png
At the first screen of kpersonalizer(.tde2) it's written: "You will be able to change all the settings later using the Trinity Control Center".
But as a matter of fact it seems to be missing in Q4OS?!
The other surprising fact is, that - as a total newbie to Trinity - and never have used it before - i know i must have it. :-)
And I'm not the only one as i found here: https://www.spinics.net/lists/trinity-u … 00513.html
So, on the one hand side i can understand that, for reliability and stability reasons, some things are taken away from Q4OS to prevent instability from the root.
But on the other hand this is what i (and some other users) want to have: full control. In one awesome GUI.
For me at the moment would be fine and highly appreciated a (step by step) instruction how to get & install the Trinity Control Center in Q4OS.
Many thanks in advance!

To enable additional configuration options in control center run:
$ sudo kcmodules --unlock
