Dr. Web Antivirus for Q4OS

In fact, there is very limited need of antivirus software on Linux, vast majority of users will not need to install that. Nevertheless, for those who definitely require it, we have compiled new 'Dr. Web' installer for Q4OS, you can download here https://sourceforge.net/projects/q4os/f … erimental/

Just download and double-click installer from file manager. Keep in mind, all installers from this section are testing so far.

Hello Q4os Team, is it necessary to have an antivirus in linux?
I thought not but if you publish a link the truth that I do not know what to do ...

The vast majority of users don't need an antivirus in Q4OS, away from some rare exceptions. If you are ordinary user, you have no need to install that.

I've tried it and it slows down my netbook too, how do I uninstall it properly?

In Start menu -> Applications -> 'Dr.Web..' -> 'Uninstall' entry.
