Hello;
Today I tried to install qutebrowser according to its website in github >> qutebrowser/qutebrowser . well it is a modern lightwight and more importantly fully customizble, secure web browser (or so they say!!!)
but it seems trinity and the whole old packages floating around in q4os wo't have it. beside my exprience is limited at best.
I asked here if/maybe someone lend a hand and build it (if possible) for Q4OS. [there is no build and compile involve not at least for the browser itsel but the dependencies are a bit on the cutting edge.][th brower is in python and is based og webkit-qt].
Nice to have it (don't you think?) (that last bit as an ad )

You don't need to build the package. Just follow installation instructions for Debian Jessie here https://qutebrowser.org/INSTALL.html . We have successfully tested it.
In addition we would recommend you to install 'gtk2-engines' package:
$ sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines

We have compiled an installer for qutebrowser. Just download it here http://www.q4os.org/downloads/setup_q4o … a1_all.esh and double-click it from file manager.
