Live USB with Persistence

I would like to use Q4OS from a USB drive. When I use UNetbootin with the .iso file, I get a bootable USB, but it seems to only be set up to install Q4OS to the hard drive. I wish to have it boot to the desktop environment, like I get when I make an Ubuntu live USB. I would also like to have my work and changes saved to the USB drive in 'persistent' file storage.

Is it possible to do this?

Re: Live USB with Persistence

Have you tried the live-cd, it can be downloaded from the main q4os download page here and if you want to customize it with more software you can try this guide
