For anyone who want to run TeamViewer 11.0 on Q4OS.
Video Tutorials:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhgRqC7 … e=youtu.be
I suggest watch the VDO together with what I've write in this thread to understand the VDO tutorial together.
Before able to run this software don't forget to:
1. Have Gdebi installer to install this .deb installer.
If you don't have yet install it from synaptic or open terminal & type:
sudo apt-get install gdebi
2. Then go to this page to download the official installer:
https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/linux.aspx
3. Once download before to install don't forget to open terminal unlock i386 architect with 2 sudo spell:
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
sudo apt-get update
4. Once done install it with Gdebi & it'll install.
5. If it's error missing libjpeg32 file like from my video. Get back to terminal & type
sudo apt-get install -f
& it'll install the missing dependency libjpeg32
After that now you can run TeamViewer from your start menu at
Programs>Accessories>Internet>TeamViewer
Note: If you've stuck can't closed Gdebi. Just logout & login to get back or restart your PC.
PS. I may still green, clumsy person & trip over on screencasting skills. So don't be harsh on me.
But my methods effectively worked!
