It's a Windows only thing I'm afraid - in the form in which they present it.
You 'could' configure a high speed USB stick as SWAP without too much pain I guess - but why?

I wouldn't use an sd card anyway, even a high speed one will be considerably slower than your hdd speed, so increasing swap might work better (but not on sd card), but at the end of the day

Agree bin, install more ram whenever possible. SSD drives are the next best choice but they still dont make sense for many users because many use older systems and conventional drives are still dirt cheap.
