We would recommend to download and install new Q4OS Orion 1.4.9. If you would prefer to update older Q4OS version, you have to install new signing key in terminal:
$ wget http://www.q4os.org/q4repo/q4a-q4os.gpg.pub
$ sudo apt-key add q4a-q4os.gpg.pub
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Thank you q4os team, i'm writing this from firefox 46.0.1 (i choosed the update way). Problem solved!
