Small gripe here, how can I fix this?

When I load Q4OS it loads wonderfully. But if I go on idle or to different areas the panel "contracts". See below

I can click on Firefox and it expands again to temporarily fix it. I don't see how I can tell it, "Stay fully expanded at all times."

This is the "floating panel" feature of Plasma 6. While no window touches the panel, it floats as a smaller rounded bar. When a window comes close or is maximized (for example Firefox), the panel snaps back to the screen edge at full size.

To keep the panel attached all the time, right-click an empty spot on the panel, choose "Show Panel Configuration", and switch "Floating" off.
