Error Proton VPN with Firefox 157.0

Hello,

I encountered a problem using Proton VPN with Firefox 157.0. The following message appeared : "The browser's network settings cannot be modified. Permission may not have been granted"

To resolve this, you need to disable Firefox's VPN as follows:

1/ about:config
2/ “Accept the Risk and Continue”
3/ Search for:
4/ browser.ipProtection.enabled
5/ Change from true to false

I tried to reproduce the conflict between Proton VPN and the Firefox VPN,
but it did not occur.
The difference is that Firefox 157.0 caused the conflict,
but after updating to Firefox 157.0.1, the conflict is no longer
reproducible.
Mozilla must have fixed it.
