Forum update

We will upgrade forum software in the near future. It happens in the next 3 weeks. Forum will be unavailable for two days, users settings should persist, so no action is required to pass to the new version. We will post notification here before the upgrade starts..

The forum upgrade has been completed. We have moved to PHP 8.4. Please report any issues and findings here.

It might be a coincidence, but since the upgrade, I no longer saw the icon indicating new posts on the forum's homepage, probably because I was logged out at that time. It took me a while to realize it.
Now that I'm logged back in, everything seems to be working perfectly.
