Re: How to start ibus automatically?

I have to start it as my input method, otherwise my own language input method won't be active.
it's Trinity De, I know that by default ficix is installed, which doesn't work well after I installed sogou Pinyin.
Sogou pinyin doesn't update for a few years. Ibus often works good while I work with other De, such as lxqt and it runs automatically.
I started ibus in the menu. then the window says the daemon didn't run, will you started? yes. next time reboot I shall have do this again.

Re: How to start ibus automatically?

China.
After typed inxi -b, we got:

Desktop: TDE (Trinity) v: R14.1.5 Distro: Q4OS 6.7-deb13u1
Machine:
Type: Desktop System: LENOVO product: QiTianM5900 v: QiTianM5900-N000
    serial: <superuser required>
Mobo: LENOVO model: Bantry CRB v: NOK serial: <superuser required>
    UEFI: LENOVO v: M0LKT04BUS date: 10/15/2015
CPU:
Info: quad core AMD A8-5600K APU with Radeon HD Graphics [MCP] speed (MHz):
    avg: 1397 min/max: 1400/3600

It is a pretty old second-hand PC, which is rather cheap. Since I am not a gamer, an cheap old PC might be fine. Because I am a newbie or rookie for Linux, I know little of it.
I have known that after installed De, change for a mirror web-address  will get a faster connection ,and the like. Still yet ,approximately  nothing I know.

Traditional or Simplified Chinese locale ? You can check it with terminal command:
$ echo $LANG $LANGUAGE $LC_ALL

Simplified. The other one we call it complex  instead of traditional.

Re: How to start ibus automatically?

Fcitx5 input method framework should be installed by default after Q4OS setup for Chinese users. Are there a reasons to use "Ibus" instead ?

Re: How to start ibus automatically?

Just as a side comment to this - installing Zoom drags in ibus as a dependency.

Re: How to start ibus automatically?

I truelly consider that lxqt is more concise , plain ,clean and clear than TDE , to human perception.  Maybe more convenient to use too.
