Hello,
I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. This is my first foray into Linux operating systems. I chose Q4OS because of its claim of being able to live with Windows side by side without having to create any new partitions.
I downloaded the Windows installer zip file from the website. Unzipped it which created a new extraction folder, then ran the q4os-winsetup.exe. It's been running for way too long, 6 hours+ as I make this support request.
My machine is from 2019, a Dell laptop with 1.2 TB of space. It had been installed with Windows-10, which I recently upgraded to Win-11.
Please see these images:
The CMD prompt window in the first image shows 1.2 TB of free space (this is after Win-11 installation). It also shows that I downloaded the setup zip file at 12:17 pm local time. I clicked the setup executable almost immediately after download. At the bottom right hand corner you can also see the timestamp as 18:25 local time, and you can also see the Andromeda installer stuck at "Remaining time approximately 1h 15 min" message. It's been stuck there for more than 4 hours at least.
The second image gives you the full specs of my machine. 16 GB RAM, i7 chip 6th generation at 2.5GHz Quad core. A fairly robust machine, so I am surprised that the installation is taking so long.
Let me also add that I had done a dry-run of the Q4OS Andromeda in an Oracle Virtual Box, I very much appreciate the look and feel and the fast response of the operating system. It did not take that long in the virtual box to install (to be fair, I allocated only 8 GB RAM and 50 GB hard disk space to the virtual machine when doing the dry run).
Any insights? Thank you for any support you can provide.

We can see your setup has been stuck at the download phase. The download time depends on the speed and reliability of your Internet connection. It should take about 5 minutes at 100Mbps. We would recommend you to cancel setup, reboot, try the setup again and post back the result.

I have a 300 Mbps line, really not sure why it got stuck. That said, the cancel / retry did work. Thanks for quick response.
