[Upstream] Wrong Behaviour of Htop and Wine on TDE

Htop: clicking anywhere makes the top portion disappear and some process is marked yellow..? To make the top bar appear again i need to click again which makes another process yellow

Wine: while a prefix is being made, trying to move the wine window makes it disappear.. I can still move it if i remember where I last put it but it's not visible.

I've been facing these issues ever since i started using Q4OS, and I had gotten so used to it at this point that i thought this was normal.. but recently I realised that it's an issue

Update:
TDE/tdebase#698: Wrong behaviour of htop in Konsole
TDE/tdebase#698: [compton-tde] Opacity set to 0 when moving/resizing some windows

We can confirm both issues. They are not Q4OS native, but Trinity desktop issues, please report them at Trinity devs https://www.trinitydesktop.org/
