Q4OS TDE ThinkCenter Tiny M73P

I installed Q4OS TDE on my ThinkCenter Tiny M73P since that computer did have Arch on it before, but it previously was keeping me in dependency hell with the broken dependencies that broke pamac, so I wiped Arch out and installed Q4OS instead.

There is an old but recommended bios update for your setup on Lenovo support site dated 05 Jan 2022 (and latest one there is). Get it if you havent already before they take it down (sometimes they do)
