Hi everyone, I need some help! ![]()
I am looking for recommendations for a remote desktop solution that is compatible with a 32-bit (i386) machine.
I am currently reviving an old, low-power laptop to use at my office. I have installed Q4OS (32-bit) in it.
It is very low-end, Intel Core i3 (1st Gen) and 2GB RAM.
I attempted to install AnyDesk, which is what I usually use, but it seems AnyDesk has dropped support for 32-bit Linux systems (they only have 32bit Windows installer, not Linux anymore).
Does anyone know of a reliable remote desktop alternative that still offers a 32-bit .deb that i can use on Q4OS 32bits?
Or maybe self-hosting a VNC server and tunneling over ngrok or cloudflare maybe?
Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Anydesk website doesn't host the 32bits Linux version anymore.
But I could download the latest deb using Wayback Machine
(Also had to install Libpangox by downloading the deb, as it is missing from oldstable Q4OS debian repo)
After installing both .deb files, Anydesk worked fine.
