Hi
Just grabbed 1.48 iso and installed fresh - rather odd - ran through normal commands from old bash history from previous installs.
Got to~:-
sudo kcmodules --unlock
Comes back command not found.
Odd - go to /usr/sbin
kcmodules contains single line
. /usr/share/apps/q4os_system/bin/kcmodules.sh
Go to that location - still doesn't want to run

We are not able to reproduce, 'sudo kcmodules --unlock' works fine here.
kcmodules contains single line
. /usr/share/apps/q4os_system/bin/kcmodules.sh
It's correct.
'ls -l /usr/share/apps/q4os_system/bin/kcmodules.sh'
should print:
'-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1869 MMM dd hh:mm /usr/share/apps/q4os_system/bin/kcmodules.sh'
