debonaire theme
is the debonaire theme exclsuive to q4os? or can i copy it to an orig debian version on another release? i think q4os and debian 12 are the same right?

Are you talking about Plasma ? You could try to install it on plain Debian, but it's optimized for Q4OS and treated in Q4OS environment. Just use Q4OS, it's Debian actually.

do you build it from debian itself and then add the tweaks in the os like the desktop effects debianiare etc

We use Q4OS environment to build all the Q4OS packages. Q4OS is Debian with a few added tools.
