error code:104
I have encountered such a problem.During the installation of the profiler an error pops up.How to be in such a situation.

the error was code 104.It appeared during the selection of the desktop

104 error means you have unreliable internet connection.
What is the message in the Desktop profiler messaging window ? A screenshot would be helpful too.
