TQt database plug-in (TQSQLITE3) not seen by Krecipes-trinity

Hi Q4OS Team,

I am swapping out all my KDE 3x apps for trinity apps.  K3b-trinity works excellent but, I have a SQLite plug-in issue with Krecipes-trinity.

Error:  TQt database plug-in (TQSQLITE3) is not installed but, libqt4-sql-sqlite (SQLite 3 plugin for Qt 4)  & libqt4-sql-sqlite2 (SQLite 2 plugin for Qt 4) ARE INSTALLED.

Do I need to add a path to plugin ?  or install another plugin package ?  or Uninstall and reinstall plugins ?

I installed packages--: libtq3-mt-sqlite && libtq3-mt-sqlite3   / SQLite3 plugin for TQt
