I installed Lazarus (GUI for free Pascal) and seemed to go well but when I tried to run the program I got a "File not found" error: "Can't find the Lazarus executable /usr/lib/lazarus/2.2.6/lazarus. Also, this is not the latest version of Lazarus. Any chances of getting the repository updated?

Please describe the issue more exactly, so we can reproduce and investigate it. See also https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3502

I checked in Synaptic and Lazarus 3.0 and 3.6 are available and it may be an issue with the age of the version versus other components in the OS.
Lazarus 2.2.6 is also available as a Flatpak from Discover.
If you go here, www.lazarus-ide.org/index.php?page=download click on upper right downloads and they have 3.8 available for Debian.

I went to the Sourceforge.net location for Lazarus (https://sourceforge.net/projects/lazaru … rus%203.8/) and got all 3 necessary files. Downloaded them and when I clicked on each file Q4OS installed them flawlessly! It seems that the Q4OS repository for Lazarus needs to be updated.
