Trying to install a dark theme in Trinity 5.7

I downloaded a dark theme from the link below but can't seem to install lookswitcher. I get the following result from a search but can't figure out the result.

sudo apt update first

Then install lookswitcher from the Q4OS software center and you should be fine.

Just install Lookswitcher app from the Q4OS software center.

Easiest way go to trinity control center - appearance & theme - then there will be "look switcher" icon, click on it to install and then choose directly the theme.
