Spectacle screen 'snap-shotter'

Often used,, but silly problem when capturing & printing something small, like a mailing-sticker-label.
The printer output is a FULL-PAGE !      Get out the scissors and tape !    You have a 8x11 label for a 6inch package : >)

Where is this happening ?
Viewing the full screen, then the snapshot is selected & taken, then displayed at the original screen size.
There are a few printing options,,, but ZOOM to full page is NOT one of them !
The printer-control-options do allow margin settings, and the printout is fitted to that size. ( by the printer ? ).

The Spectacle HELP text shows the print parameters,,, but no ZOOM-full-page-size !

Work-around involves saving the snapshot, then using a image display program to print the image.
Popular Imaging programs display 'previews' of printer output.

Have I missed something here ?
Maybe another snap-'shotter' program ?

Re: Spectacle screen 'snap-shotter'

Spectacle is a good tool to take and save screenshots. It should not have a print option.
If I need to print one, I use GIMP or XNView MP, depending on whether I need first to make complex modifications or at most slight ones.
Both can take screenshots too, although they are less flexible.
You could even paste a screenshot into a document using your favorite office suite and resize it at your will.
Otherwise, you could look at the output of `apt search screenshot`.
