What can I do to resolve this?

When booting you should at least be getting the screen with startup options (Grub Screen) the default is Aquarius Live.
At that point press the letter 'e' on the keyboard. As you can see from the notes on the bottom of the grub screen that is 'e' for edit.
The next screen will look a little scary. Get the cursor down to the end of the line beginning linux - and ending "Admin Q4OS" at that point add a space and type
pci=nomsi
See how that goes.

PCI Automatic Error Reporting/AER can typically be turned off in the bios of the device. This will stop the silly messages that in this case appear to have been corrected.
You didnt mention what type of hardware you are using and have you tested the USB slot with a different flash drive to see what happens? Have you tried a different USB slot to see if it happens?
Are you sure the live boot install on the USB drive isnt having an issue?
