Secure boot installation.

I have a problem with the installation, when I reboot the computer, EFI Shell starts. This only happens to me with Q4OS, both in its Trinity and KDE versions. I've been told that to fix this I need to disable secure boot but my BIOS doesn't offer me any security options. I thought it was a boot order issue but it isn't.
English is not my native language so I hope I have expressed myself well. ?

Q4OS supports secure boot by default.
Is it a new installation ?
Does it boot when you proceed Q4OS update and turn secure boot again on ?
It would be helpful, if you would install Debian from the live media and report, if it boots out of the box with secure boot on ?

I have only been able to use Q4OS from the live version. Debian works perfectly with the different desktops it offers. The installation proceeds normally and finishes successfully, but when I reboot it's just like there's nothing installed on my SSD. EFI Shell starts directly. In the BIOS boot options the hard drive does not even appear with the name of the OS as it does with other distributions. Only the empty hard drive appears.

Edit: I managed to get Q4OS installed and working with the installer-cd. It seems that the live session was causing the error.

So, do we understand correctly, that Debian doesn't boot after installation from live media ? The same way as Q4OS ?
