Currently typing this in from a Live CD of Antix.
Dmesg showed me this warning:
'kde connected' uses wireless extensions which will stop working with Wi-Fi 7 hardware; use nl80211
Cannot really change or update Network Manager, because there is no internet even though I am connected.

That is a warning message, not an error. Wi-Fi connection should work. What is the output of this command?
$ ip address
nl80211 is likely a driver for Wi-Fi cards. Which one do you have? And what is your hardware setup and your software configuration?. Please give at the output of
$ inxi -Fxxx
After that, if you are "connected" (what do you mean precisely?) and have no Internet, the problem might be with your access point or your Internet provider. What is the output of
$ ping -c4 q4os.org

Hi, I mean I appear to be connected but I am not. I cannot access the internet. No problems on any other devices and I'm thinking this has something to do with the tde-networkmanager.
The outputs for the stuff you wanted are here, in the meantime I have to install Devuan.

There are two "inet" lines. Looks like your interface has been configured to have both a fixed (1.92.168.110) and an automatic (192.168.1.106) IP address but they belong to two different classes. Is this intentional?
Otherwise I would suggest to use Network Manager to fix the parameters of your connection or to delete and recreate it (be sure to copy the password first if you don't remember what it is).
Cannot really change or update Network Manager, because there is no internet even though I am connected.
You don't need an Internet connection to use Network Manager.
