Q4OS Won't work

Hello,
I have installed Q4OS several times along side windows 7 and when I choose Q4OS Aquarius all I get is an error message: You have to load the kernel first. I have no idea how to do this please advise in detail.

What install media did you use ? A screenshot of the error message would be helpful.
