How do I get Themes to show up on the TM?

I downloaded an archive of KDE 3.5 themes that supposedly work with TDE , I haven't been successful in getting to open them in Theme Manager, I dropped them down into every themes folder I could but nothing.
I am aware TDE doesn't work this way, just fumbled and need help.
