I have a problem with slow network transfers. When I copy files between QOS4 and NAS (Openmediavault) the SMB transfers are usually between 20-25MB/S, on SSH protocol it's even slower at 4-5MB/S. When I boot the same computer to Windows 10, the transfers are 100-150MB/S, so it's clearly a QOS4 problem. When I tried to force different SMB protocols (1,2,3) I noticed that QOS4 only works when SMB1 is allowed.

4-5 MB/s (Q4OS/SSH) vs 100-150 MB/s (Win)... Does the transfer really take 25-30 times less time under Windows?
Or are the transfer rates given in megabytes/s vs megabits/s?

No, the transfers are completely different. If I need to transfer more data, I have to do it through Windows. I have two PCs running QOS4 on the same network and the situation is the same. Even if I move files between disks or partitions on the server, the transfers are super slow using SMB and SSH protocols with Nemo. If I log in directly in the terminal via ssh then transfers are normal, even 300MB/s, but if I use file managers then it is a total disaster.
