Netflix stopped workin

After my last update netflix and youtube quit working in chrome and firefox, following the netflix TS guide didn't fix it. I have a HP Intel Core 2 Duo 3.Ghz processor with 4 gigs of DDR 3 ram. Q4OS version 4.12.1
