laptop crashing in Apps Installation and Desktop Profile

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with installing apps on my laptop since it always crashes and brings me to the login menu and shuts down all apps

This problem does also happen in the desktop profile installation it automatically just crashs

here's the result of inxi -F
