The Wine_Classic theme still has two major flaws:
(1) When a wallpaper is selected, the desktop icons have opaque blue boxes around their filenames. Those blue boxes should be transparent.
(2) There is a gap between the Start menu and the taskbar, and a gap between the Start menu an the left edge of the screen. These gaps should not exist; the Start menu should be perfectly aligned with both the taskbar and the left edge of the screen.

Those boxes are actually a thing on Windows 9x and 2000, the transparency didn't become a thing until XP, and even then, if XP was set to "best performance", it will generate those backgrounds.
