Good work. Kudos to Q4OS

Greetings,
I want to congratulate those who have created this fantastic noob-proof operating system. I installed Q4OS on a laptop (Compaq 615) and I managed to install a language other than English (in my case Italian). Q4OS automatically took care of installing the HP5030 wi-fi printer and everything I connected to the USB.
I have not found any problems installing programs to edit MKV files and subtitles.
For me it is all new, I have never used linux for long periods, this is the first distro that I have installed and used instead of windows.

I leave the laptop configuration written:
Operating System: Debian GNU / Linux 11
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.10.0-18-amd64
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 2 × AMD Turion (tm) X2 Dual Core Mobile RM-74
Memory: 3.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD RS780

Thank you all

Stefano from Italy.

I agree with you.  I'm new to Q4OS but I like it. I'm new here too

The KDE version is excellent and frankly much easier to install then vanilla Debian and has added features and perks. Q4OS KDE is also very light as a KDE distro and can run on a lot of older hardware without issues. Welcome to the site!
