Konsole Issue

When i write a command in linux Root Shell and User Konsole, it shows below the beggining of the user hat appears at the left upper corner of the User Konsole a verticla straight line and when you execute a command in the Root Shell below the beginning of the command at the left upper corner a vertical striaght line; how to fix boot issues?
