No way to really "install" programs for Windows directly into Linux.
Nevertheless one can run them using an intermediate piece of software like Wine or Bottles (but you already know that).
Q4OS machine: Samsung R519 - Pentium T4200 2.0 GHz - 4 GB RAM - 500 GB SSD
