is there a way to upgrade to 4.7 without a clean install

Hi,

I'm currently running 3.15 and would like to upgrade to 4.7, with out having to do a clean install and re-installing all my programs. Is there a way to do this? I'm coming from ubuntu mate and linux mint where the upgrade-manager does it for you or you can "apt install" a program to upgrade the system (like older versions of mint). Is there something like this for Q4OS? Also will I have the same problem when version 5.x comes out?
