Problem when turning on and off.

Hello and greetings.
I am a new user of q4os,before i used another linux distribution a few months.
I installed q4os plasma and everything went well.
I used the system and installed the applications and everything is good.
The problem started when I enabled the firewall, after turning off the laptop and turning it back on, the system would not start, the command lines kept appearing and the last one was :
"A start job is running for uncomplicated firewall (2min 40s /no limit)"
So holding down the power button I turned off the laptop and turned it back on and it booted so I turned off the firewall and it was fine.
Yesterday when I turned off the laptop the same command lines came up and the system would not shut down and on the last line it said:
"A stop job is running for User Manager for UID 1000 (35s / 2min 3s)
So I turned off the laptop the same way holding down the power button after turning it back on the laptop turned on normally.
I don't know what to do with this the system is working normally and is very cool.
Please help me in solving the problem for which thank you very much.

Re: Problem when turning on and off.

I went into programs,settings,selected firewall and enabled,profile home,incoming deny,outgoing allow.
I chose these settings and everything was fine until the system shutdown.

As we are not able to reproduce the issue, we would need more information about your system to be able to reproduce it. Please follow instructions here https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3502
